What measures are currently in place so that I can feel safe as a guest at the Stubaier Hof?

In order to keep the infection rates and the spread as low as possible, we strictly adhere to the recommendations of the international and local health authorities. Our hygiene protocols have been revised and adapted to the current situation. We have increased the frequency of all of our cleaning and disinfection processes. However, these measures do not represent any restrictions for you. Warmth and good humor cannot take the current situation away from us either!

• Our cleaning and disinfection standards have been increased significantly
• Our employees are tested weekly for Covid-19
• SAFE SERVICE in the Stubaier Hof: We use the "SAFE SERVICE" learning app as a modern training tool for our employees. Our company has successfully completed the digital training on security topics such as protective measures, distance rules, hygiene or contactless customer experience.
• Dispenser columns with hand disinfectants are provided throughout the Stubaier Hof
• Thanks to our spacious areas and rooms in the Stubaier Hof, compliance with the minimum distance is not a problem
• According to the Austrian federal government, FFP2 masks are mandatory for all publicly accessible areas. This also applies to the public spaces in our hotel
• In order to avoid waiting times and crowds in our atrium, please give your details when booking and let us know your approximate arrival time. Our employee will then be waiting for you at the reception
• From May 19, 2021, according to the Austrian Federal Ministry, all guests who stay beyond the validity of the entry test must carry out a self-test every 2 days under supervision on site

Is the wellness and spa area in the Stubaier Hof open?

Yes, our entire spacious wellness and SPA area is open! We appeal to you to take responsibility and to keep the minimum distances. In order to be able to guarantee your privacy at all times, we will extend the opening times of the sauna area.

• The maximum number of guests per sauna is indicated by information notices in front of each sauna cabin. We ask you to pay attention to the respective minimum number
• You can use our saunas from 60 ° C in particular without hesitation, as there is no risk of viruses here
• Dispenser columns with hand disinfectants are provided in our wellness areas
• The safety distance of 2 meters must also be observed in the water. Of course, we pay attention to increased and officially prescribed hygiene measures

 

Can I book beauty and wellness treatments during my stay?

Beauty and wellness treatments can be booked, but the generally applicable FFP2 mask requirement will apply to beauty treatments.

 

Is the fitness room in the Stubaier Hof open?

You can use our fitness room without restrictions. We only ask you to disinfect the devices after use.

Will buffets continue to be offered and are there other restrictions in the restaurants?

Thanks to our spacious restaurant and bar areas, it is possible for us to keep the applicable minimum distance at all times.

• Our breakfast buffet and our light lunch will be adapted to the official measures and will continue to be offered. Our employees in the buffet area ensure an optimal and carefree start to your day thanks to the extended hygiene standards
• Depending on the weather, our sweet seduction will take place in the open and spacious post office garden or in the atrium
• You can enjoy our gourmet dinner as usual and without restrictions
• The lounge & bar area is open to you subject to the minimum clearance

What are the current entry requirements for Tyrol and which documents do I have to show?

• All persons entering Austria must register electronically before entering Austria and have the confirmation of receipt printed out or presented on a mobile device upon arrival
  It must be possible to present the certificate of a negative Covid-19 test, which must not be older than 48 hours (antigen test) or 72 hours (PCR test) and must be in German or English. If this cannot be presented, a test must be carried out at the latest 24 hours after entry at your own expense.
  From May 19, 2021, new quarantine regulations will apply to risk areas: Green / yellow / orange: free entry without quarantine, red: no quarantine if the person has been tested, vaccinated or recovered, dark red: entry only for those who have been tested, recovered or vaccinated with mandatory Quarantine (free testing possible after 5 days)
  Entry from countries with a 7-day incidence of less than 250 that are not virus mutation areas will be possible without quarantine!
  
  

What should I watch out for when returning to my home country?

When returning from Tyrol to their home country, guests must observe the entry regulations applicable in their home country.

Is there a general mask requirement in Tyrol?

According to the Austrian government, there is an FFP2 mask requirement for all publicly accessible, closed areas such as retail, public transport, service providers or markets. For non-closed areas, wearing FFP2 masks is only mandatory as soon as the minimum distance of 2 meters cannot be maintained. With us at the Stubaier Hof there is an FFP2 mask requirement in the public rooms in the hotel, such as when entering the restaurant area and when taking food at the buffet. Of course, our employees wear mouth and nose protection at all times.

 

Are shops, mountain railways and other leisure facilities open in the area?

From May 19, 2021, the following companies are expected to be allowed to reopen if all applicable safety measures are observed:

• Gastronomy and hotel business
• Art, culture, thermal baths, wellness, leisure and entertainment offers
• Body-hugging services such as hairdressers and shops for daily use are open as usual (sometimes at different opening times)

 

What are the current cancellation conditions?

• Cancellation policy for summer and autumn 2021: Cancellation free of charge is possible up to one week before your arrival at the Stubaier Hof. After that we charge 90% of the arrangement price. If a travel warning applies to our region at the time of your arrival, you have the option of canceling your booking free of charge up to one day before arrival.
• Cancellation policy for winter 2021/22: You can cancel free of charge up to four weeks before your arrival at the Stubaier Hof. After that we charge 40% of the package price and 90% in the last week before your arrival. If a travel warning applies to our region at the time of your arrival, you have the option of canceling your booking free of charge up to one day before arrival.
