Our expert kitchen team is able to skillfully combine traditional dishes with specialties of the modern cuisine, creating new and extraordinary taste experiences for your gourmet holiday in Tyrol. For our hotel guests and à la carte for external guests.
A taste of Stubai
The dishes at the Alpin Resort Stubaier Hof in Fulpmes are made almost exclusively from regional products. Fresh fruit and vegetables from local farmers and fresh bread from local bakers await you every day. Our meat and game also come from the region. Sometimes even directly from the adjoining hunting area and shot by the host, a passionate hunter.

Breakfast 7:30-10:00 am
To make sure you feel good right down to your soul, we offer a large selection of exquisite dishes, for example at our abundant breakfast buffet, where our cook will personally prepare your egg dish as you wish.
Afternoon snack (for hotel guests) 3:00 - 4:30 pm
The afternoon snack is also an example of Tyrolean cuisine and we are thrilled to pamper you with our regional buffet.
Evening meal: 6:00-8:00 pm
To top it all off, enjoy our 5-course evening meal in which you can choose from 5 variations. Start, for example, with one of the crispy salads from the buffet or various soups before choosing your starter, main meal, and dessert. Of course, there is also a vegetarian version of every meal and in consultation with our cook we will be happy to serve you a complete vegan menu.
If you are not planning to take part in the evening half-board meal, we kindly ask you to cancel your reservation ahead of time. Please understand that the evening meal cannot be charged to our à la carte restaurant.

A combination of style and comfort
In our various dining rooms, you can dine in a variety of ways: elegant and modern in the Stubai Hall, or with a chic design or a cozy atmosphere in the Medraz Hall or the Zirben Stube in the Posthaus Alpin at our Alpin Resort Stubaier Hof. In summer you can also eat on our terraces. And in our rustic Tyrolean parlor you have plenty of room to feast at a party in larger company. To conclude your holiday in style, we recommend a selection of drinks in the bar area and a cozy get-together in the modern lobby.
