Important information

Everything you need to know for your holiday

• Location: Our 4-star-superior hotel Alpin Resort Stubaier Hof is located in the middle of sunny Fulpmes.
• Resort: In addition to the main house, our resort also comprises 3 buildings - Südhaus Alpin, Westhaus Alpin and Posthaus Alpin, all of which are connected to the main house via corridors.
• Arrival and departure: Your room will be available from 3:00 pm. On the day of departure you can check out from 7:30 am to 11:00 or on the evening before until 9:00 pm. We will be happy to store your luggage until you pick it up.
• Parking: We have a parking lot directly at the hotel as well as three parking garages. E-charging station (extra fee)
• Shuttle service: We will be happy to organize a shuttle from the train station or Innsbruck Airport for 25€/trip
• Reception: Our team at the reception desk is available every day from 7:30 am to 9:30pm.
• Methods of payment: We accept cash, EC cards, and credit cards (American Express, Euro Card, Visa, Diners Club)
• Visitor's tax: There is a visitor's tax of 4.80€/per person and day.
• Pets (dogs): Your four-legged friend is a welcome guest with us (15€ per day without food). Please understand that dogs are not allowed in the dining rooms and spa area.
• Laundry service: For an extra charge we will wash and iron your laundry.
• Seminars: We have a seminar room and our Tyrolean Stub´n for conferences.

Cuisine

Included in our gourmet board plus:

• Breakfast from 7:30 to 10:00 am
• Light lunch and Sweet temptation from 14:00  to 16:30
• Evening meal from 6:00 to 8:00 pm, during school holidays and in winter we offer a children's buffet
• Bar: open from 3:00 pm to 12:00 am
• Events: Celebrate in the Tiroler Stub´n or the Stubai Hall, Medraz Hall or the Jägerstüberl. The Jägerstüberl can seat up to 25-30 people.

À-la-carte Restaurant "Poststube"
In our Alpin Resort Stubaier Hof you will also find the à la carte restaurant "Poststube" with a focus on Tyrolean and South Tyrolean cuisine. If you do not make use of the evening menu for half board, please cancel your reservation beforehand. However, half board cannot be charged to the à la carte restaurant. The à la carte restaurant "Poststube" is also open to external guests.

Leisure

• Spa area "Aqua Sanus": 1,800 m² - 1,000 m² in the main house and 800 m² in the Posthaus Alpin. Both spa areas at our Alpin Resort Stubaier Hof are connected underground.
  
  • Beauty: daily from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm
  • Indoor pool in the main house and Panorama pool in the Posthaus Alpin: open from 7:00 am 7:30 
  • 13 saunas: "Stuben" sauna, Panorama textile sauna, organic sauna, 2 Finnish saunas, pit sauna, herbal sauna, 2 brine steam baths, 1 brine inhalation room, 3 infrared warmth cabins. Ice fountain, outdoor whirlpool, relaxation rooms: accessible from 2:00 to 7:30 pm
  • Bathrobes and sauna towels can be found in your room.
• Fitness room: Open from 7:30 am to 7:30 pm. Access cards are available at the reception desk.
• Internet: Free WLAN in the hotel lobby, in the bar area and in all rooms and suites. You can get the access code at the reception. 
• Children's and teen playroom: A playroom for children  is available. For teens  there is table tennis, foosball, darts and a Wii. 
• Ski service: You can store your skiing equipment in our ski room. You receive a discount on ski rentals and can buy ski passes directly from us in the Stubaier Hof. A ski instructor from the ski school Stubai comes directly to our hotel.
• Ski area: The ski lifts take you to the Schlick 2000 skiing area only approx. 1 km away. You can reach the ski lifts directly from the hotel with the free ski bus. The Stubai Glacier is only 20 km away and the free ski bus to the Stubai Glacier departs 100 m from the Stubaier Hof.
• Rental: You can rent bikes, hiking poles, backpacks and umbrellas free of charge.
• Weekly program: In winter and in summer, we can give you tips for excursions and activities, and we organize hikes and dance evenings. See the weekly program
• Hunting: You can hunt in the Stubai Alps – just 10 min. away from the Hotel Stubaier Hof.
• Shopping & culture: You can shop in Fulpmes or in Innsbruck, which is only 20 minutes away. The alpine metropolis also has a lot of culture to offer.
